It's back! The 18th annual Mermaid parade is returning, and we're adding a second day of fun this year! For more specific information as the weekend approaches, please check our social media pages!

June 6th

Splash zone will be at the Presbyterian Church Parking Lot from 12-4 pm

Arts and Crafts vendor will be located in the MadCo lot from 12-6 pm

Food trucks will be set up in the Legion Lot on Back Street from 12 til the end of the night, or until they sell out
Live DJ on the courthouse steps all afternoon and a COSTUME Contest at 2 pm

The PARADE is at 5 pm

Lineup for the parade starting at 3 pm on the island! No parking is allowed there.
Live music at the American Legion Lot from 6-9 pm

Shuttle Service

The shuttle - a 56-passenger tour bus - will run from the Early College parking lot to downtown from noon to 8 pm. There will be a short intermission in the shuttle service for the parade. The last shuttle into town before the parade will leave the early college at 4:30, and shuttle service will resume when the parade ends. Additionally, we will have a 15-passenger van running from 4 - 9 pm

June 7th

Ecological Field Day on Blannahasset Island from 11 am -2 pm
Family-friendly educational programming from 11 am - 2 pm
Live Music and Picnic at the Pavilion from 12-4 pm
Open studio tours at Marshall High Studios from 1 -4 pm
